A hands-on cooking class designed for guests not out on the Saturday foray. Begins with a complimentary specialty mocktail and light breakfast bites. Students prepare a French Breakfast Tartine with mushroom duxelle & soft-boiled egg; potstickers with mushroom-cabbage filling; and a Mediterranean mushroom “dip” with homemade naan.
$120 per person · 6–12 participants · standalone ticket (not included in GA or VIP) · pre-registration required.
