aka @chaoticforager or “the Internet’s Mushroom Auntie,” is a forager, mycology enthusiast, creative alchemist, and outdoor educator. Her entertaining educational videos on social media, where she shares her knowledge of edible plants and fungi, have been viewed by millions worldwide. She is pursuing a Ph.D at the University of Virginia in music composition and computer technologies, where she teaches ecoacoustics and works as a research assistant at the Morven Farm Sustainability Lab.
